PHPC’s 30 For 30: “One Worship Service w/Special Music, a Cook-Out & Concert, Sunday June 14

PHPC30For30LogoYou’ve got a ticket to the best party of the year!

And it begins Sunday June 14 with a 11 am-only worship service  that includes special music (The 8:30 am crowd gets to sleep in a little and come later!); a hot-dog and hamburger cook-out at 5 pm on the church’s back lawn; and a toe-tapping concert at 6 pm in the sanctuary!

Both in worship and for the concert, we welcome the return of internationally renown music artist Dan Miller who stirs the heart and soul with every touch of the keyboard. A published composer and arranger and recording artist, Dan has gotten crowds  smiling and tapping their feet (and even humming along) to a wide array of music–from old time hymns to familiar pop tunes:

Royal 5_1Many church members may remember Dan’s first visit about two years ago when he played an incredibly moving rendition of “It Is Well With My Soul” on our church’s organ during worship. People continue to mention how that version moved them deeply in their faith and worship of God.

So won’t you join us on June 14????
