Lent-In-A-Bag

This past Sunday during church school, children, youth, their families and church school teachers gathered in the Fellowship Hall to prepare for Lent, which begins on Ash Wednesday, March 1.  After spending some time learning about the meaning of Ash Wednesday and Lent, participants visited several interactive stations to pick-up and make items that can be used along with their Family Lenten Devotional, i.e. Lent-In-A-Bag! And they worked on a couple of projects that will make their way into worship during the Lenten Season.
